To arrange a new connection in New South Wales, your electrician is required to submit a new connection request directly to Example via their New Connection Portal.
Once your gas has submitted the request, Example will notify us that we are your preferred retailer. We will contact you to finalise your request for your new connection when we receive this notification.
After Example has completed their work, our metering services provider will install your meter and turn the power on.....
